Easter Gentleman

Easter Gentleman was 18 years old before his foals were discovered and then shown in the big National competitions, although gone from the world for almost ten years, he still continues to be a strong influence in the performance horse world. His record still stands in the reining with the big NRHA FUTURITY in Oklahoma City, with only three of his get entered that year they won the OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP, The NON-PRO CHAMPIONSHIP and the L/O RESERVE CHAMPIONSHIP just missing the L/O Championship by a half a point, this was done in 1990 and no other stallion has been able to break this record yet. Think about it, 1/2 point from an entire clean sweeping victory of the whole NRHA FUTURITY. ONLY 3 FOALS ENTERED!

Easter Gentleman has passed on his abililty to produce winners to his get. His sons and daughters have produced NRHA futurtiy Champions, NRHA money earners, Reining Cow Horse Champion, Working Cow horses, Cutting Horse Money Earners and made the NCHA leading maternal sires list in 1988. He has now started influencing the Hunter , Jumping and Dressage world.

Easter Gentleman with his extroadinary super movement and atheletic ability over fences, was a very strong influence in an up and coming new breed of horse, The Cavalier Horse. The CAVALIER HORSE is starting to prove itself in performance with individuals doing very well in the Hunting, Jumping, Eventing, Dressage, Foxhunting, Reenactor Cavalry Mounts and ranch horses. Standing between 15.2 to 16.3 hands, these medium- heavy framed horses have tremendous wide sweeping lateral movement, elevation in their shoulders, long reaching stride and the ability to stop hard and maneuver in tight conditions while working low off their hocks. These horses will continue to move forward in the world with the asset of EASTER GENTLEMAN'S blood flowing strong through their veins.
